摘　　要：石家庄是中国药业发展速度最快的城市之一,已成为以化学原料药生产为主的药业大市,具备了构建"中国药都"的雄厚产业基础。在打造"中国药都"的进程中,职业技术人才是不可缺少的重要因素。随着教育大环境和产业发展的变化,职业技术人才供、需、用等模式也发生了变化。本文从制药产业入手,探讨石家庄打造"药都"进程中的职业技术人才问题和相关政策。Shijiazhuang is one of the fastest developing cities in medicine in China. It is already the major town of medicine producing which primarily chemical material medicine and is equipped with the industrial foundation of building itself into Chinese medicine city. During the process of building Shijiazhuang into Chinese medicine city, vocational-technical talented person are indispensable. With the change of education environment and industrial development, the supply, requiring and using model of vocational-technical talented person had varied also. This paper starts from the medicine manufacturing industrial and then discusses the problem of vocational-technical talented person and its relevant policy in the process of building Shijiazhuang into Chinese medicine city.
