摘  要:针对曝气过程溶解氧控制这类大滞后、非线性系统,提出了一种基于模糊PID算法的控制方案,并完成了溶解氧模糊PID控制系统的设计。系统采用Siemens公司的S7-300PLC进行控制,采用WinCC组态软件实现监控功能。实践表明,该控制系统有效地解决了曝气过程溶解氧控制的多扰动、大滞后的问题,具有良好的动静态特性,处理过的污水各项检测指标均达到设计要求。Aim at the long-time-delay nonlinear system such as the control of the dissolved oxygen in blast and aeration process,the control scheme based on the Fuzzy-PID is proposed,and the Fuzzy-PID control system of dissolved oxygen has also been finished design. The control algorithm is controlled by the siemens S7-300PLC,and the configuration software WINCC is used to realize supervisory functions. The good application result show that many difficult problems such as multi-disturbance and long-time-delay in the process has resolved,the system has a good dynamic and static characteristic,and the disposed waste water is stable and enough to satisfy the requirement of the design.
