摘 要:针对高温高盐的中原油田,考察了石油磺酸盐MJ2和DQ分别与M=2.4×10^7的HPAM Y2、疏水基含量0.25%的疏水缔合聚合物AP—P5组成的4个表聚二元体系98℃下的界面张力、表观黏度、耐盐性和热稳定性。配液用水为矿化度122.4g/L、含钙镁的胡12块产出水,在考察耐盐性时使用NaCl盐水,基础实验体系含石油磺酸盐3.0g/L,含聚合物1.5g/L。含MJ2的表聚二元体系与胡12块原油间的界面张力在含盐量30~210g/L时维持10^-3~10^-4mN/m超低值,受含盐量的影响相对较小,动态界面张力迅速达到稳定。含Y2的表聚二元体系即使Y2浓度增至2.5g/L,黏度仍小于10mPa·s。含AP-P5的表聚二元体系在温度超过60℃后,黏度快速上升,在AP-P5浓度超过1.0g/L后,98℃黏度快速上升,含盐量达到230g/L时为54~59mPa·s。3.0g/L MJ2+1.5g/LAP-P5体系为最佳体系,在98℃老化150天过程中界面张力波动小,150天后黏度31.3mPa·s。在98℃用此体系在天然岩心上驱油,注入段塞体积为0.25~0.30PV,采收率提高值为14.3%~15.8%。图8表3参2。Aimed at petroleum reservoirs of higher temperature and salinity in Zhongyuan, the interracial tension, IFT, apparent viscosity, μa, salt tolerancy, and thermal stability at 98℃ are investigated for 4 surfactant/polymer (SP)follding systems (solutions) composed of petroleum sulfonate surfactants MJ2 and DQ, HPAM polymer Y2 of M = 2.4 × 10^7, and hydrophobically associating polymer AP-P5 of hydrophobe content 0.25%. The SP systems are prepared in an Ca^2+ + Mg^2+ containing produced water with TSD = 122.4 g/L of Hu-12 block or, in cases of salt tolerancy tests, in NaCl salt water. The basic experimental SP systems are composed of 3.0 g/L sulfonate and 1.5 g/L polymer. The IFT of MJ2 containing SP systems with crude oil of Hu-12 block maintain ultralow values of 10-3--10-4 mN/m and vary in relatively narrow range with changing salinity at NaCl salinity 30--210 g/L while their transient IFT values become stable very fast. Y2 containing SP systems have ,μa values lower than 10 mPa·s even at high Y2 concentration of 2.0 g/L. For AP-P5 containing SP systems, their ,μa values rise significantly with raising temperature up to 〉60℃ and with raising AP-P5 concentration up to 〉1.0 g/L, being of 54 and 59 mPa·s at 98℃ and at salinity of 230 g/L. The optimal composition of SP system is 3.0 g/L MJ2 (or DQ) + 1.5 g/L AP-P5, for which the IFT value varies in narrow range in ageing at 98℃ in 150 days and the μa value in 150 days of ageing is of 31.3 mPa·s(or 20 mPa·s). In reservoir core flooding experiments at 98℃ with water flood finished, an enhancement in oil recovery (EiOR) in range 4.9----19.7% is observed when 0.05--0.50 PV of this MJ2/AP-P5 SP system injected and the optimal size of SP slug is of 0.25--0.30 PV with EiOR being of 14.3--15.8%.
