口腔扁平苔藓患者T细胞亚群、sIL-2R水平的动态观察

摘　　要：通过观察２０例扁平苔藓（ＯＬＰ）患者发作期和病情稳定期的Ｔ细胞亚群百分比，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的变化，发现ＯＬＰ发作期ＣＤ８＋Ｔ细胞百分比上升，ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ８＋Ｔ细胞比例下降，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平升高。与健康对照组相比较有显著性差异，而在病情稳定期这些指标趋于正常。Peripheral blood T lymphocytes subsets, the CD + 4/CD + 8 cell ratio, and the level of sIL 2R was measured with IFIA and ELISA in 20 oral lichen planus (OLP) patients. In the onset stage of the illness CD + 8 cell population and the level of sIL 2R increased significantly in OLP patients when compared with controls, however CD + 4/CD + 8 cell ratio decreased .These measurements turned to normal level from onset stage to remission period of OLP after 3 month therapy.
