摘  要:结合STCW 78/95公约与国家海事局颁布《海员适任证书考试、评估和发证规则》的最新要求,从教学内容、教学设施以及教学方法等几个方面探讨轮机模拟器实操教学环节的改革方向及实现目标。教学实践表明,通过优化课程设置、采用双语教学模式以及加强教学过程的质量监控等手段,可以满足基于"适任评估"规范对轮机模拟器实操教学的要求,提高航海类轮机工程专业学生的综合素质。To meet the demands of developing international shipping, this paper analyses latest requisite documents of STCW78/95 convention, and seafarers' examination, appraisal and certificate code issued by China MSA. The engine room simulator (ERS) is designed to implement STCW78/95, and plays an important role in training engineer officials. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopts it as one of mandatory requirements, and gives detailed specifications of general performance standards and suggestive standards of ERS. The paper probes into aspects of innovation and objectives of training for ERS from the perspectives of teaching content, equipment and methods. The authors point out that the criterion should base on evaluation of competence for training-teaching ERS by means of optimization of the curriculum, adopting bilingual teaching-and-learning mode, and enhancing quality control over the teaching process. In addition, this paper presets operating conditions and faults, analyzes the problems, and offers solutions to them, which will improve the comprehensive ability of seafarers.
