周口市武术学校教师现状调查

摘　　要：运用问卷调查和实地座谈法对周口市武术学校教师状况的人数、年龄、职称、学历、继续教育、科研、待遇等方面进行调查分析,结果表明:周口市武术学校教师整体水平良好,但仍存在着师资力量分布结构不均衡,教师职称、学历偏低,高水平教练紧缺且流动性较大,教师福利待遇偏低,教师再学习和科研积极性不高.Using questionnaire investigating method, and interview method , the number, age, professional ranks and titles, record of formal schooling, continuously learning, scientific research and treatment of teachers in Wushu schools of Zhoukou were investigated and analysed systematically. The results show that the average level is quite good but there is also several problems in it. The professional ranks and titles of teachers are still low, and high level coaches are in lack and many teachers＇ welfare is rather low, the attitude of continuously learning and scientific research is not active.
