长株潭普通高校女性职工休闲体育现状及其影响因素探析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法等对长株潭普通高校女性职工参与休闲体育现状进行调查研究。结果显示:长株潭高校大部分女性职工通常参与休闲体育活动,且多半在30min之内,锻炼动机呈多元化,在项目选择上多选择对场地、器材要求不高,负荷平和,徒手可进行的项目,并对改善长株潭普通高校女性职工参与休闲体育提出新的思路。With the research methods of literature study, questionnaire investigation and statistics, this paper researched on the current recreational sport of the university women workers in Changzhutan district. The research showed that most of the university women workers participated in the recreational sport for at most 30 minutes for various reamns and they did not require much for the sport facilities and exercising intensity. New ways for the recreational sport of university women staff in the Ghangzhutan district were put forward in view of this.
