外伤性白内障手术时机和手术方式的选择

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机及手术方式的选择。方法共145例(145眼)外伤性白内障,原则上是尽早手术,根据年龄、外伤情况、炎症反应程度,选择时机及合适的手术方式进行手术及疗效评价。结果145眼均尽早进行手术,根据不同情况采取不同的手术方式。术后视力0.1以上患者占96.23%;0.3以上者占85.36%;0.5以上者占73.17%;0.8以上者占18.25%。结论外伤性白内障尽早手术,选择适当的手术方式,术后仍然能获得较满意的视力。Objective To investigate the choice of surgical procedures and opportunity of operation for traumatic cataract. Methods There were 145 cases（ 145 eyes） with traumatic cataract be operated by different methods as early as possible according to the patient＇ s age,the condition of eye injure and the degree of inflammation. Results All patients were operated as early as possible and were operated by different methods according the different conditions. After operation,93.26% patients＇ visual acuity was 0.1 or better,82.27% was better than 0.3,73.26% was better than 0.5,17.62% was better than 0. 8. Conclusions Patients with traumatic cataract should be operated as early as possible and used proper method, most patients could get better satisfied visual acuity.
