帕罗西汀逍遥散冲剂治疗产后抑郁症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察帕罗西汀联合逍遥散冲剂对产后抑郁症的疗效。方法将68例产后抑郁症(DSM-IV标准)患者随机分为观察组(帕罗西汀联用逍遥散冲剂治疗,37例)和对照组(单用帕罗西汀治疗,31例)治疗6周,分别于用药3周、6周末用HAMD量表评估疗效,并作统计学分析。结果观察组有效率(HAMD减分率>25%)为94.59%,对照组为77.42%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组见效较快。结论帕罗西汀联合逍遥散冲剂用于治疗产后抑郁症,可提高帕罗西汀的疗效。Objective To study the effect of combination of paroxetine and Xiaoyaosan on postpartum depression. Methods 68 cases of postpartum depression （DSM-Ⅳ criteria ） were randomly divided into two groups （paroxetine combined Xiaoyaosan granules treatment, 37 cases ） and the control group （ paroxetine therapy only, 31 cases ）, Curative effect were evaluated with HAMD Scale and analyzed on the third and sixth weekends. Results Efficient rate （ HAMD reduced rate 〉25% ） was 94, 59% in observer group,77.42% in control group, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0, 05 ）, Conclusions Combination of paroxetine and Xiaoyaosan granule can improve the efficacy of paroxetine on postpartum depression.
