摘 要:目的对用一定参数微弧氧化(microarc arc oxidation,MAO)处理的纯钛材料进行动物骨内植入实验,以评价MAO处理的纯钛材料骨诱导性及组织相容性。方法纯钛片经过一定参数的微弧氧化处理,在无菌手术条件下植入新西兰大白兔的胫骨里,以相同规格的钛片作对照,在两个月后取出钛片,对取出的MAO纯钛行扫描电镜观察及能谱分析以观察其表面形貌及钙磷元素的变化,再结合组织学方法评价MAO纯钛的生物相容性及骨诱导性。结果所有实验动物在实验过程中未发现明显植入区感染等异常现象,扫描电镜观察及能谱分析发现材料表面的钙、磷所占比例均下降,但是钙含量下降更明显,组织学观察,两组材料周围的骨组织未发现异常的炎症细胞集聚和浸润,对照组周围无骨组织生成,试验组未见到MAO纯钛试件涂层脱落现象,且材料表面生成约200微米厚的的成熟新生骨组织。结论MAO处理的纯钛具有良好骨组织相容性及诱导骨形成的能力。Objective To assess the biocompatibility and the bone inducement of pure titanium after micro-arc oxidation (MAO) treatment by inbone implantation experiment. Methods After a certain parameters micro-oxidation processing and under the aseptic surgical condition, the titanium plate is implanted in the New Zealand white rabbits' tibias, the titanium plate with the same specifications for the control treatment. After two months, the titanium plate took out and scanned using electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) to observe the surface morphology and calcium-phosphorus changes, then combined with the histological evaluation methods to evaluate the bone inducement and tissue compatibility. Results All experimental animals' implantation area in the experimental process found no infection. SEM and EDS showed that calcium-phosphorus proportion of the material surface decreased, but more obvious decline in calcium content. Histological observation of the two groups of the surrounding bone tissue found no aggregation and infiltration of abnormal inflammatory cells, the control group has no the surrounding bone tissue formation, the experimental group did not show MAO titanium coated specimen shedding phenomenon, and the surface material generated about 200 microns thick mature neonatal bone tissue. Conclusion MAO treated titanium material has a good ability of bone tissue compatibility and induced bone formation.
