摘 要:目的评价自固化磷酸钙人工骨(CPC)治疗骨肿瘤骨缺损早期临床效果。方法对23例骨肿瘤患者行病灶刮除、国产CPC填塞修补术。患者年龄8~45岁,平均24.3岁。术后血液免疫学及X线检查,随访1~2年。结果CPC固化时间在15~30min,平均20min。临床使用后未见明显局部和全身不良反应,6个月后逐渐出现降解。随访X线片示CPC与宿主骨直接愈合,与原骨界面间接触紧密无间隙,骨缺损处解剖形状完全恢复。结论自固化磷酸钙人工骨(CPC)生物相容性良好,是肿瘤性骨缺损修复的理想材料。Objective To study the effect of auto-solidification calcium phosphate cement (CPC) on the repair of bone defect duo to tumor resection. Methods 23 cases bone tumor curettage, then filled with CPC spongiosa granules. The patient's ages ranged from 8 to 45 years with an average age of 24.3 years. All had X-ray and immunologic test after operation, the patients were followed up for 1 -- 2 years. Results CPC setting time: minimum 15 minutes, and maximum 30 minutes, average 20 minutes. No systemic or local side effects was noted. Degeneration occurred 6 months postopera- tively. X-ray examination showed an integrity interface between CPC and bone, and no gap existed. Conclusion autosolidification calcium phosphate cement has good biocompatible; it is an ideal material for repairing bone defect.
