肝双重血管灌注化疗治疗不能切除的中晚期肝癌

摘　　要：目的和方法研究肝双重血管灌注化疗治疗不能切除的中晚期肝癌，本研究将６７例不能切除的肝癌分为两组，Ａ组３５例经肝动脉置泵化疗，Ｂ组３２例经肝动脉、门静脉置泵化疗。结果对照分析发现：Ａ组中位生存期８个月，一年生存率２５７％，５例新出现门静脉癌栓；Ｂ组明显优于Ａ组，其中位生存期１１个月，一年生存率４２９％，无新生门静脉癌栓。　Aim:To　stady　chemotherapy　in　the　double-vessels　of　liver　in　the　middle　or　late　hepatic　carcinoma. Method:In　the　cases　who　had　not　chance　to　be　operated　into　two　groupes.In　group　A　35　cases　were　placed　chemotherapy　pumps　in　hepatic　arteries.In　group　B　32　cases　were　placed　chemotherapy　pumps　in　hepatic　arteres　and　portal　veins.Result:By　contrast　we　include　that:In　group　A　the　average　survival　date　is　8　monthes,one　year　survial　rate　is　25.7%.In　5　cases　new　carcinoma　thrombi　were　discovered　in　portal　veins.The　effcet　of　group　B　in　suprior　to　that　of　group　B.In　group　B　the　average　survival　date　is　11　monthes,one　year　survival　rate　is　42.9%.No　thrombi　were　discovered　in　portal　veins.Conclusion:the　infusion　chemotherapy　in　the　double　vessels　of　liver　is　a　benificial　treament　way　in　the　middle　or　late　hepatic　carcinoma.
