摘　　要：目的观察电磁疗法对脑损伤后遗症的疗效。方法60例脑损伤后遗症患者（脑卒中39例、脑外伤21例）分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。两组患者均接受常规康复治疗,治疗组增加电磁治疗,磁感应强度为（7±2）MT,每次20～30min,1～2次/d,2周为1个疗程,共治疗6个疗程。结果治疗后,治疗组患者睡眠的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论电磁疗法可改善脑损伤患者的睡眠质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of magnetic stimulation on sleep disorder of patients with sequela of brain damage. Methods 60 patients with sequela of stroke or brain injury were divided into the control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group. All patients in two groups were treated with regular rehabilitation training, and treatment group was added with magnetic stimulation, 7±2 MT, 20-30 rain every time, once or twice a day. The period of treatment was 12 weeks. Results After treatment, the sleep disorder of patients of the treatment group improved significantly （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Magnetic stimulation could improve sleep disorder of patients with sequela of brain damage.
