清心养阴汤对慢性疲劳综合征患者抑郁及焦虑评分的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清心养阴汤对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者抑郁及焦虑评分的影响。方法用清心养阴汤治疗CFS患者56例。治疗前后用疲劳量表(FS-14)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者进行评定。结果经清心养阴汤治疗后,患者的临床症状明显改善,FS-14、SDS、SAS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论清心养阴汤治疗CFS疗效显著,无毒副作用,安全可靠。Objective To observe the influence of Qing Xin Yang Yin Tang on the depression and anxiety of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS）. Methods 56 CFS patients were treated with Qing Xin Yang Yin Tang and evaluated with Fatigue Scale-14 （FS-14）, Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients improved, and the scores of FS-14, SDS and SAS were declined significantly （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Qing Xin Yang Yin Tang is obviously effective and reliable on CFS without side effects.
