摘　　要：目前我国民营企业总体上正面临着二次创业问题,民营企业的成长时代和生成途径、企业发展生命周期和成长规律决定了它必须重视企业文化建设。文章提出了民营企业文化建设的路径和方法,并从政府、企业和社会三个维度阐述其文化建设模型。Currently privately operated enterprises in our country are facing the question of starting an undertaking for the second time on the whole. It is the growth time,the production way,the life cycle and the growth rule of privately operated enterprises that determine the construction of enterprise culture should be taken much attachment to. This article proposes the reconstruction way and method of enterprise culture, and elaborating cultural reconstruction model from three dimensions of government, enterprise and society as well.
