摘　　要：E-Learning的主要特点有真实性、开放性、多样性、随机性、便利性、及时性、互利性和发展性,发展E-Learning可以优化教育资源、提高学习效率、降低学习成本,E-Learning是实现教育大众化与终身化的最佳途径,是促进教育国际化的有效手段。E-Learning has the eharaeteristies of reality, openness, diversity, randomieity, eonvenienee, timeliness, mutual benefit and expansibility. The development of E-Learning ean optimize edueation resources, improve learning effieieney, and reduee learning eost. It is the best way to realize publie edueation and lifelong edueation. It is also an effeetive means to promote the internationalization of edueation.
