摘　　要：高校科研项目全过程管理,是通过强化学术研究工作的过程管理,将学术科研任务通过计划立项和成果量化形式,落实到全校各单位和各岗位。延伸课程计划及其津贴量化管理办法,将课程的学术含量与专业学术创新进行专项管理,将教学科研人员的学术贡献纳入课程与专业建设计划,依次作为制定研究计划、成本投入、津贴发放的主要依据,实施分类课程与专业创新学术研究计划项目管理。The whole process of management in scientific projects of college and university is involved in the management of stressing academic work, which puts the task of academic research into the units and sections of the university, through the quantification of their established projects and results of researches. The plan of extending the curriculum and the management method of allowances quantification refer to the specific management of academic content in the course and specialty innovation, the academic findings of the staff put in the construction of the course and specialty, which is one yardstick to make out a research plan, cost investment, allowances grant, so that the project management of course classification and specialty innovation can be fulfilled.
