摘　　要：教务管理网络化和信息化是现代高校管理的重要趋势，然而，基层院系网站建设滞后，教务管理功能发挥不充分，成为阻碍发展的瓶颈。本文认为，在高校教务管理工作中，要充分发挥院系网站的信息平台功能，实现基层教务管理的信息化，提高教务管理工作的效率和水平。Networking and information of educational administration is an important modern trends in the management of colleges and universities, however, the lagging behind of the website construction of the grass - roots level departments and not play a full function of the educational administration become the bottleneck that hinder its development. This paper figures that it is necessary to give full play to information platform function of college website in the grass -roots level departments, and to in- crease the efficiency and level of educational administration.
