摘  要:研究了碱性功能化离子液体氢氧化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([bmim]OH)催化环己酮、芳香醛、芳香胺的三组分Mannich反应。原料比例为n(环己酮):n(芳香醛):n(芳香胺):n([bmim]OH)=1:1:1:0.1,以乙醇为溶剂,室温条件下反应10h,生成相应的β-氨基酮,产率达75%~91%。探讨了溶剂种类和醛、胺的结构对Mannich反应的影响。离子液体可以重复使用5次,其催化活性并未明显降低。Three-component Mannich reaction of cyclohexanone, aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines catalyzed by a basic functionalized ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide ( [ bmim ] OH), was investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions as n(cyclohexanone) : n( aromatic aldehydes) : n( aromatic amines) : n( [ bmim] OH) = 1 : 1 : 1 : 0.1, and at room temperature for 10 h with CH3CH20H as a solvent, the yields of β-amino ketones was obtained with 75% -91%. The factors influencing the Mannich reaction were discussed including solvents, the structure of aldehydes and amines. The ionic liquid, which is environment friendly, was recycled at least 5 times without significant loss of activity.
