摘 要:从芳6区筛选以烃类为惟一碳源、兼性厌氧驱油微生物菌种,研究菌种与原油的作用、对原油物性的影响等性能,以及提高采收率的能力.实验结果表明,菌种具有产表面活性剂、产酸、产气活性,最适生长温度和矿化度同地层条件相近,在油层条件下能降解饱和烃类为繁殖所需碳源;并能明显改善原油物性,使原油黏度、油水界面张力、pH值及含蜡质量分数明显降低.菌种能显著提高采收率,并能在岩心中繁殖.现场应用结果表明,试验区块日产原油平均增长23.5%.Microbe that can grow up with hydrocarbon as carbon source,facultative anaerobe,are screened from Fang 6 zone,and the action of the microbe on crude oil,its impact on physical property of crude oil,as well as the ability of the microbe for enhanced oil recovery are studied.The experimental result shows that the microbe can produce gas,acid and bio-surfactant.The most suitable growth temperature and saltiness of the microbe is close to those of the reservoir.The microbe could degrade saturated hydrocarbon as carbon source and is able to ameliorate physical property of crude oil in reservoir environment,therefore viscosity,oil/water interfacial tension,pH and wax content of crude oil are decreased conspicuously.Core displacement shows that the microbe can reproduce and enhance oil recovery and hole pressure particularly.The effect of field test is obvious,and the daily output of crude oil in the experiment increased by 23.5% in average.
