摘　　要：通过将实验动物狗牙齿上制备Ⅴ类洞型，实验组以Ｐｌａｔ铸造陶瓷制成嵌体、粘固；阴性对照组和阳性对照组分别为氧化锌丁香油和硅水门汀粘固剂充填，采用临床检查、Ｘ线片和组织切片进行分析，结果表明，实验组牙髓反应与阴性对照组结果相似，说明该材料对牙髓组织无明显刺激。Plat castable ceramic fillings were applied to class V cavities artificially produced in mongreal dogs. Zinc oxide eugenol paste and silicast cement were used as negative and positive controls respectively. Radiographical and histological examinations of pulpal responses to the treatment revealed less pulpal irritation in test filling groups and the negative controls indicating that this material does not hurt the pulp.
