摘  要:目的研究钴铬合金、纯钛卡环在烤瓷冠的最大脱位力变化趋势和实验前后烤瓷冠表面特定区域的磨损。方法制作模拟下颌第一磨牙外形的镍铬烤瓷冠,其上制作钴铬合金卡环和纯钛卡环。卡环就位后采用万能力学测试仪进行1500次反复摘戴实验,每摘戴20次后测试一次峰值,比较卡环与烤瓷冠脱位力的衰减情况并采用回归拟合的方法进行统计。扫描电子显微镜观察,比较实验前后烤瓷冠定点区域的磨损情况。结果纯钛卡环固位力在520次循环内呈线性衰减。其后趋于稳定,均值9·00N。钴铬合金卡环固位力没有衰减,均值9·36N。二者差别有统计学意义。纯钛卡环在烤瓷冠表面造成的磨损比钴铬合金卡环组轻。结论综合考虑固位力衰减和冠表面磨损情况,烤瓷冠表面适宜采用纯钛卡环。Objective To investigate the retention force changes of Cr-Co alloy and pure titanium cast clasps on porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crown and the abrasion on the surface of the crown. Methods Standard PFM crowns were made simulating the mandibular first molar and standard Cr-Co alloy and pure titanium clasps fabricated. A repeated placement and removal test on the crowns was performed and evaluated using the all-purpose force test machine. The placement and removal was carried out for 1500 times. The peak value was tested every 20 times of clasp placement and removal. Finally the attenuation curves of the peak values were evaluated. The electron microscope was used to scan the abrasion area of the crown before and after the test. The abrasion of the crown surface was recorded. Results The retention force of the pure titanium cast clasps attenuated in a linear fashion within 520 placements and removal cycle, and then gradually stabilized at a mean value of 9. 00N. Cr-Co alloy metal clasps did not show attenuation with a mean value of 9. 36N. The retention value was significantly different between the two types of clasps. The lighter abrasion was observed in pure titanium cast clasp than in Cr-Co alloy clasp. Conclusion When using metal clasp on the porcelain crown, the pure titanium clasp was recommended.
