摘 要:目的评价冷热循环对4种双固化树脂粘结剂与根管牙本质间微渗漏的影响。方法20颗健康上前牙随机分为4组。根管预备后选用4种粘结树脂及其配套粘结剂(Clearfil DC Core Automix,Calibra esthetic resin cement,DMG LUXACORE Smartmix Dual,3M ESPE RelyXTM Unicem)分别粘结直径1·2mm树脂纤维桩,并用此4种材料分别做树脂核。将试件冷热循环处理10000次(温度设定为4℃/60℃,浸泡时间30s,传递时间20s)后,用0·5%碱性品红溶液染色24h。将试件连续纵向剖开为四部分,体视显微镜下观察各剖面的微渗漏情况,并用Kruskal-WaillisH非参数检验进行统计分析。结果各种树脂粘结剂均存在微渗漏现象,各种粘结剂之间的微漏程度有显著性差异(P<0·05)。结论冷热循环后4种双固化树脂粘结剂粘结纤维桩与根管牙本质之间均存在微渗漏现象,使用Clearfil DC Core Automix作为粘结树脂的试件微渗漏程度最轻。Objective To evaluate the microleakage between endodontically treated teeth canal dentin and four dual-cure composite cements after thermocycling. Methods A total of 20 extracted intact upper incisors were randomly divided into 4 groups. Four dual-cure composite cements ( Clearfil DC Core Automix, Calibra esthetic resin cement, DMG LUXACORE Smartmix Dual, 3M ESPE RelyX^TM Unicem)were used respectively to bond fiber-posts of 1.2 mm in diameter after the root canal was prepared with usual methods. The cores were made with the same four dual-cure composite cements respectively. After the specimens were subject to thermal cycling for 10000 times (treatment temperature:4℃/60℃, dwell time:30s, transfer time:20s), the teeth were placed in 0. 5 % basic fuchsin solution for 24 hours. After cycling the specimens were cut into four sections longitudinally, and then observed with stereomicroscope, and Kruskal-Waillis H test was used to analyze the results. Results After thermocyeling , the microleakage was observed in all the four dual-cure composite cements for bonding tooth canal dentin but was significantly different among them ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There was microleakage between endedontically treated teeth canal dentin and the four tested dual-cure composite cements after thermocycling. Clearfd DC Core Automix showed the least microleakage compared with the other three.
