盐酸纳曲酮维持治疗对阿片依赖者健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:对纳曲酮维持治疗的海洛因成瘾人员的生活质量进行系统的调查和评估及对其健康状况的影响。方法:在广东、北京等11家戒毒医疗机构,调查531例阿片成瘾者。按服用纳曲酮的时间长短分成短期组、中期组、长期组三组,其中短期组123例,中期组265例,长期组142例。采用药物滥用一般情况调查表、纳曲酮使用情况调查表、阿片成瘾严重程度量表、Beck抑郁问卷、生活事件量表、社会支持量表和简明健康状况调查表对海洛因成瘾者脱毒后应用纳曲酮的基本情况进行回顾性的调查。结果:长期服用纳曲酮组显示对药物滥用者的健康状况更为有益,随着维持用药时间的延长,抑郁情绪改善明显,生活质量提高,其生理功能、精力、社会功能、情感表达、精神健康等方面均有非常明显的改善和提高。结论:服用纳曲酮,对保持戒断后操守具有明显的效果,对维持海洛因成瘾人员的身心健康可以起到积极的促进作用,生活质量得到不同程度的提高。Objective： To give a systematic retrospective a summary and analyses to the current healthy status of patients with heroin addict whom were given the long period of naltrexone administration. Methods： This investigation is carried out by the cooperation of 11 hospitals and institutes of drug detoxification. There were 531 cases involved in this investigation. Three groups were divided according to the period of naltrexone administration： Short-term Group （≤4 weeks）, Intermediate Group （〉4 weeks, 〈24 weeks）, Long-term Group （≥24 weeks）. There were 123 cases in Short-term Group, 265 cases in Intermediate Group, 142 cases in Long-term Group. We adopted general state of health scale, Addiction Severity Index （ASI）, Beck depression inventory （BDI-13）, Life Event Scale （LES）, Social Support Scale, Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF-36） to investigate the health status of the patients after the perioed of naltrexone administration. Results： After long period medication, patients can acquire beneficial consequence of good health status, amelioration of depression, elevation of quality of life. Physiological functions, vigor, social function, feeling functional authority, emotional health of the drug users can also acquire obviously improvement. Conclusion： This investigation can present a scientific summary about naltrexone, unambiguous good effect could be given by naltrexone to drug abuse＇s and drug addict＇s healthy. After long period medication ofnaltrexone, somatic healthy, quality of life, depression of drug dependence and decrease of comfortlessness will be all generated.
