摘  要:对大蒜生物制剂中19种氨基酸、4种维生素及4种微量元素进行了分析,并对6种细菌的杀菌效果进行了实验。结果表明:大蒜生物制剂营养素类齐全,含量颇丰富;不同浓度的制剂对细菌繁殖体都有抑制作用,高浓度的制剂可完全杀灭细菌繁殖体,不能破坏芽胞菌体中的芽孢,但能抑制芽孢菌的生长繁殖。19 kinds of amino acids,4 kinds of vitamins and 4 kinds of microelements have been analyzed in the garlic biologics. And sterilization effect experiment has been carried out on 6 kinds of bacilus. Results indicated that the garlic biologics nutriment kinds was complete and contents were quite rich. The biologics of different density inhibited bacterium brood - body. And the high concentration preparation killed the bacterium brood - body completely, but it could' t destroy gemma. Yet it could inhibit the growth of the gemma bacterium.
