基质金属蛋白酶-7与胃癌生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-7),细胞表面粘附分子(E-cadherin)在贲门癌与胃窦癌中的表达及其与贲门癌和胃窦癌生物学行为差异的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法对41例贲门癌和45例胃窦癌标本中MMP-7、E-cadherin的蛋白表达进行了检测。结果MMP-7在贲门癌和胃窦癌的阳性率分别为75.6%和53.3%;二者表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在贲门癌中MMP-7表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05),E-cadherin表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、生长方式有关(P<0.05)。结论MMP-7、E-cadherin的表达和胃癌的生物学行为有密切关系,MMP-7可成为判断贲门癌生物学行为的重要指标之一。Objective To study the expression of metalloproteinases - 7 （MMP- 7）, E - cadherin in cardia and antrum gastric adenocarcinomas and to understand the relationship between the level of MMP - 7, E- cadherin and biological behavior of gastric cardia cancers. Methods The expression of MMP- 7, E- cadherin in 45 cases of antrum gastric cancer and 41 cases in cardia by immunohistochemical SP staining. Results The positive percentage of MMP - 7 in cardia and antrum gastric adenocarcinomas was 75.6% and 53.3% （P〈0.05）, there was significant difference between them. The expression of MMP- 7 ,E - cadherin in gastric cardia cancers was related to T Classification of tumors, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Especially, the expression of E- cadherin was related to the growth pattern of tumors. Conclusions The expression of MMP- 7, E- cadherin play an impormant role in the biological of gastric cancers. And MMP - 7 might be a useful factor to predict the prognosis of gastric cardia cancers.
