摘　　要：文章介绍了高校图书馆信息资源建设质量评价的研究现状,提出应用定标比超法对高校图书馆信息资源进行优化研究。分析了信息资源建设质量评价指标体系的构建原则,建立了包括8个方面,相应的29个评价指标的高校图书馆信息资源建设质量评价指标体系。This paper introduces present research situation of the university library information resource construetion quality appraisal, and puts forward applying benehmarking to research information resources optimizing. It also analyzes the index system construction principle of information resource construction quality appraisal, establishes an evaluation index system of information resources construction quality of university library, which includes 8 aspects, 29 corresponded evaluation indexes.
