摘　　要：本文从学科馆员和机构重组的概念入手,分别阐述了它们的意义、目的和原则,并且分析了两者之间的关系及不同表现,可以看出,只有将二者相结合,才会最大程度的发挥馆员的潜能,从而实现高校图书馆的可持续发展。In this paper, we stated the principle and purpose of subject librarian and institution reorganization through understanding their concept. Furthermore, their relationships and different performances were analyzed. The results indicated that it is necessary to combine subject librarian and institution reorganization to exert librarian potential and realize the sustainable development of library in high education universities.
