摘　　要：本文论述了图书馆员职业道德准则的内容,阐明了职业道德规范的重要性,并提出了开展创新服务工作的措施。The standards and the importance of morality and service as a libarian at the post is discussed and expounded, in this paper, and some measures to develop new services are also put forward.
