摘　　要：农民工进城就业难、收入低、公平权益受损、后顾之忧甚多,这些已成为突出的社会问题之一。从江苏8市农民工就业态势调查分析,他们面临困境的主要影响因素是职业与身份分离,使之社会保障缺失。切实保障农民工的合法权益与自身发展,关键在于制度保障与管理创新,用公共管理理念指导社会保障运作。Difficult employment,low incomings, equitable interests impaired, many worries in the future for the migrant peasant workers who have gone up to cities have become one of the prominent social problems. From the survey and analyses on the employment situation of the migrant peasant workers in eight cities in Jiangsu Prov-ince, it is shown that the primary factors of the difficulties they face are the separation of the vocations from their identities, which brings the loss of their social security. The key to effectively guarantee the lawful rights and interests and their own development of the migrant peasant workers depends on the institution ensurance and man-agement innovation, so as to guide social security operation with the public management concept.
