摘　　要：目的:探讨黏蛋白4(MUC4)和黏蛋白2(MUC2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与生物学行为之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测87例胃癌标本中MUC4和MUC2的表达。结果:87例胃癌中83例(95.4%)表达MUC4蛋白,71例(81.6%)表达MUC2蛋白。MUC4与MUC2的阳性表达均与胃癌组织学类型明显相关(P<0.05),且MUC4的阳性表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);MUC4与MUC2的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。但二者的表达与患者年龄、性别均差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:MUC4与MUC2可能是反映胃癌不同组织学类型、浸润和转移的较好指标。Objective：To investigate the significance of MUC4 and MUC2 expression in gastric carcinoma.Methods：MUC4 and MUC2 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 87 patients with gastric carcinoma. Re.suits：In 87 cases gastric carcinoma,83 （95.4%） were positive for MUC4 protein, and 71 （81.6%） were MUC2 positive. The expression of MUC4 and MUC2 was strongly related to the different tissue types of gastric carcinoma （P〈0.05）. MUC4 but not MUC2 was significantly related with the depth of invasion and lymph nodes metastasis of gastric carcinoma （P〈0.05）.However, MUC4 and MUC2 had no significant difference with patients＇age and gender （P〉 0.05）.There was the positive relationship between expressions of MUC4 and MUC2 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：MUC4 and MUC2 may be good markers for tissue differentiation ,invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
