磁共振成像在肾癌诊断与分期中的作用

摘　　要：报告ＭＲＩ扫描诊断肾癌患者３５例，经病理证实者３３例，诊断准确率为９４．３％。３３例肾癌ＭＲＩ分期与病理对照准确率为８１．８％。认为ＭＲＩ在肾癌诊断与分期中具有重要价值，可指导治疗并判断预后。但ＭＲＩ有一定的局限性，对部分Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肾癌的判断还有困难。MRI in the diagnosis and staging of renal cell carcinoma in 35 cases was evaluated. The diagnosis was confirmed pathologically in 33 (94.3%). The accuracy of MRI staging in 33 patients with pathologically confirmed stage was 81.8%. MRI is an extremely valuable modality in the diagnosis and staging of renal carcinoma. But MRI has difficulty in differentiating the stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ tumors.
