摘  要:目的评价儿童羟基磷灰石义眼座Ⅰ期植入术的疗效。方法对51例(51眼)眼内容物摘出术患儿行Ⅰ期羟基磷灰石义眼座植入手术,并随访观察至少3个月。结果接受该手术患儿平均年龄7.8岁。眼内容物摘出术原因:外伤性眼球破裂41例、角巩膜葡萄肿7例、先天性青光眼3例。行眼内容物摘出术时,所有患儿均接受羟基磷灰石义眼座Ⅰ期肌锥内植入术,其中2例(3.92%)球形植入物大小为16mm,19例(37.25%)为18mm,30例(58.82%)为20mm。平均1个月后行义眼安置。随访3~72月。未见眼眶蜂窝织炎或明显炎症、以及植入物脱出。结论儿童期行眼内容物摘出术后应Ⅰ期植入义眼座,可以持续较长时间,且少有并发症的发生。Objective To observe the effect of implantation of orbital hydroxyapatites at the first stage of operation after enucleating in the pediatric population. Methods The first stage of operation was adopted for orbital hydroxyapatites implantation after enucleating on 51 cases (51 eyes) in the pediatric population, with at least 3 months of follow-up. Results The mean age at the time of surgery was 7.8 years.,The causes of enucleating included ruptured traumatic globe in 41 patients, corueoscleral staphyloma in 7 patients, congenital glaucoma in 3 patients. At the time of enueleating, all patients underwent orbital hydroxyapatites implantation at the first stage of operation. The spherical implant size was 16 mm in 2 patients (3.92%),18 mm in 19 patients (37.25%) ,20 mm in 30 patients (58.82%). The prosthesis was fitted after a mean interval of 1 month. After a mean follow-up of 38 months ( range, 3 to 72 months) ,there were no cases of implant extrusion, superior sulcus syndrome, orbital cellulitis, or significant inflammatory response. Conclusions Implantation of orbital hydroxyapatites at the first stage of operation after enucleating in the pediatric population appears to be well tolerated with few complications.
