镉、铂在体内的分布及其肝、肾损害的实验研究

摘　　要：研究了大鼠腹腔注射１．０ｍｇＣｄ２＋／ｋｇ体重的氯化镉和０．３２ｍｇＰｔ２＋／ｋｇ体重顺铂后，镉和铂在体内的分布及其肝、肾毒性。结果发现：镉主要分布于肝脏，随着染毒时间的延长，镉有向肾脏集中的趋势；铂主要分布于肾；氯化镉引起的肝损害发生在肾损害之前，氯化镉引起的肾损害与肝损害有关；顺铂引起的肝损害发生在肾损害之后，其肾损害与肝损害的发生无关。Cadmium chloride dosing 1 0mg Cd 2+ /kg and cisplatin dosing 0 32mg Pt 2+ /kg were injected(i p )in the rats respectively,once a day for 9 weeks The results showed that cadmium mainly deposited in liver firstly,but tended to accumulate in the kidney along with the exposure time Cisplatin mainly accumulated in the kidney It appeared that the injury in the liver caused by cadmium chloride was earlier than that of the kidney and had close relationship with each other However,the renal injury caused by cisplatin occurred prior to the liver damage and no relation with each other was shown
