摘  要:为了消除传统型直流电机驱动控制系统应用在电动公交车时存在的缺陷,依据弱磁调速的控制思想,研制出新型的续流增磁电机及其驱动控制系统。依据控制系统原理图和试验数据,分析了系统弱磁调速原理和工作特性。与传统型串励直流电机相比,该系统在控制思想、控制结构和再生制动性能方面均具有极大的优越性。建立加速度控制系统传递函数并分析其稳定性。试验结果表明该系统抗干扰能力强、调节速度快、平稳性好。工作特性能很好地满足电动公交车的动力特性要求。To eliminate the deficiencies of the conventional drive control system of DC motor for electric transit bus, a new permanent magnetic DC (PMDC) motor with the enhanced exciting windings was designed, namely, enhanced magnetism motor and its drive control system on the based of weakenning magnetism and regulating speed theory. On the basis of the schematic of control system and data of experiments, its control theory and work characteristics were analyzed. Contrasting to conventional DC motor, the enhanced magnetism motor had great advantages on characteristics of control way, configuration of controller and regenerative brake. The acceleration control system was set up and analyzed its performance. Experiments showed that the drive control system's anti -jamming ability was strong and the adjustable performance was fast and smooth. It's characteristic can meet the electric transit bus's demand of power characteristics very well.
