摘　　要：目的探讨鼻胃镜(EG-470N5型)与麻醉胃镜(EG-450WR)检查方法对患者生命体征的影响。方法采用前瞻性分组方法对经鼻胃镜60例和麻醉胃镜60例患者检查前与检查时用心电监护仪对患者生命体征进行动态观察,分别记录心率(HR)、血压(BP)及血氧饱和度(SPO2)变化。结果经鼻胃镜检查患者检查前与检查时的HR、DBP及SpO2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05,其中SBP<0.05);麻醉胃镜检查患者检查前与检查时的HR、BP及SpO2的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组检查时异常的HR、BP及SpO2的差异无统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经鼻胃镜检查的安全性优于麻醉胃镜检查。Objective To discuss the effects of transnasal gastroscopy on patients compared with anesthetic gastroscopy. Methods A prospective analysis was made of 60 patients undergoing transnasal gastroseopy and 60 patients undergoing anesthetic gastroscopy, The changes of blood pressure （BP） , heart rates （HR） and blood oxygen saturation （ SpO2 ） were recorded respectively before and during gastroscopy through electrocardiogram monitor, Results There were no significant changes in HR, DBP and SpO2 in patients before and during transnasal gastroscopy （ P 〉0.05 ）, but the changes of SBP were significant in these patients. There were significant changes of HR, BP and SpO2 in patients undergoing anesthetic gastroscopy before and during examination （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Transnasal gastroscopy is more safe than anesthetic gastroscopy.
