摘　　要：目的研究Cortisomol与Vitapex糊剂联合应用治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法慢性根尖周炎患者68例,根尖周骨质吸收区用Vitapex糊剂注射充填,而根管以Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖充填。结果68例患者经过3个月、6个月、1年后复查,根尖周阴影缩小、消失、根尖孔封闭良好。结论联用Cortisomol与Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎病例,既诱导了根尖周阴影区的骨质增生修复,又能使根尖孔形成完善的封闭,达到了治愈根尖周炎、防止继发感染或复发的目的。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of cortisomol paste and vitapex paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods Sixty - eight patients who suffer chronic periapical periodontitis were selected randomly. Their root canals were filled with cortisomol paste plus gutta percha point. Their periapical absorption areas were filled with vitapex paste. Results These patients were checked 3 months ,6 months and 1 year respectively after the treatment was reduced and cleared away. Apical foramen was closed very well. Conclusion The joint application of cortisomal paste and vitapex paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis not only helps to restore hyperosteogeny in the area of the apical shadow,hut also leads to a good closure of apical foramen. The therapy can effectively cure periapical periodontitis and prevent secondary infection or recurrence.
