摘  要:为了优化H13模具钢在激光窄带扫描作用下的工艺参数,介绍了激光功率P、扫描速度V、光斑直径D各工艺参数对淬火层的影响,分析了H13模具钢显微硬度测量结果,对H13模具钢不同搭接量的选择及显微组织进行了观察。结果表明,显微硬度沿激光作用区横向呈有规律分布,在未搭接区硬度值最高,在回火软化区硬度值最低。搭接量的选取范围为18%-20%时较合适,淬硬层最高硬度可达700HV以上。For optimizing the technological parameters of H13 steel under narrow-band laser scanning, the effects of the parameters such as laser power(P), scanning velocity(V) and facula diameter(D) on quenching-layer were discussed. The measurement results of H13 steel micro-hardness were analyzed. The selection of different amounts of overlap and the microstructures of the hard-quenched layer were observed. The results indicated that the micro-hardness distribution was regular breadthwise along the laser-infected area. The hardness was the highest in the non-lapping area but the lowest in the tempered area. The amount of overlap in the range of 18% - 20% was more suitable. The highest hardness of the quenched layer could be over 700 HV.
