摘　　要：根据CNC的加工特点,提出一种平面轮廓曲线的拟合算法。该算法基于二分法,简单可靠且效率相对较高。切削步长具有沿加工方向的曲率适应性,并且可以灵活的解决拟合圆弧大于机床允许值的问题。最后给出了曲线拟合的算法。Following the characters of CNC, bring forward an new plane curvilinear fitting method which based on improved dichotomy, the proposed algorithm is proved to be robust and effective and the cutting steps are adaptive to the curvature of the given curve along the cutting direction that its result in high productivity. It can settle the problem while fitting arc＇ s radius is bigger than the greatest radius that the machine provided. At the end, an arithmetic of curve fitting was given.
