摘　　要：目的:检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C、D在舌癌组织中的表达,探讨其与舌癌转移和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测62例舌癌中VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达,分析其与肿瘤淋巴管密度(LVD)、组织分化程度、淋巴转移和术后生存期的关系。结果:62例舌癌中,VEGF-C阳性表达率58.1%(36/62),VEGF-D阳性表达率38.7%(24/62)。VEGF-C、VEGF-D阳性组LVD值分别为10.3±2.4和11.6±2.2,明显高于VEGF-C、VEGF-D阴性组的6.9±1.3和7.8±1.4(均P<0.05)。VEGF-C、VEGF-D表达与淋巴转移和组织分化程度有关(均P<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤大小及临床分期无关(均P>0.05)。VEGF-C、VEGF-D阳性组术后生存率明显低于阴性组(均P<0.05)。结论:VEGF-C、VEGF-D与舌癌淋巴管形成、转移和预后有密切关系。Objective： To detect the expression of VEGF-C,D in tongue cancer and explore its relationship with metastasis and prognosis of tongue cancer. Methods： Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D proteins in 62 patients with tongue cancer. The relationship was analyzed between the expression of VEGF-C, D and lymphatic vessel density （LVD）,differentiation,lymph node metastasis and survival time of the patients. Results： Immunohistochemistry revealed that among the 62 cases, the positive rates of VEGF-C and VEGF-D were 58.1% （36/62） and 38.7%（24/62） respectively. The lymphatic vessel density in positive VEGF-C and VEGF-D groups （10.3 ± 2.4, 11.6 ± 2.2） were significantly higher than that in negative expression groups （6.9 ± 1.3,7.8 ± 1.4）. The expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D protein was correlated to lymph node metastasis and the degree of differentiation of tongue cancer （P 〈 0.05 ）,but the expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D was not correlated to the patients＇age,the size of tumor,and clinical stages（P 〉 0.05.）. The postoperative survival rate was significantly shorter in VEGF-C ,VEGF-D positive group than that in negative one （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： VEGF-C and VEGF-D may play important roles in tumor lymphagenesis, metastasis and prognosis of tongue cancer.
