小切口非超乳白内障手术在海南省新型农村合作医疗复明实施中的疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨海南省新型农村合作医疗免费复明手术中小切口非超乳白内障摘除术的疗效。【方法】在海南省新型农村合作医疗扫盲活动中,对846例白内障患者施行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入,观察术后d1视力及并发症。【结果】平均每台手术10min左右,除9例高度近视和晶体脱位外,植入人工晶体837例(96.56%),术后d1矫正视力≥0.05者832例(脱盲率98.34%),≥0.3者712例(脱残率85.57%)。【结论】小切口非超乳白内障摘除术疗效好,手术时间短,并发症少,是新型农村合作医疗白内障复明的首选手术方法。[Objective] To study the efficacy of non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction for free in the practice of neotype cooperative medical care of countryside in Hainan province. [Methods] Eight hundred and forty six cases with cataract underwent non-phacoemulsification small incision extracapsular extraction of cataract（ECCE）＋intraocular lens （IOL） during the practice of neotype cooperative medical care of countryside in Hainan province, and visual acuity in the first day after operation and complications were observed. [Results] The average time of surgery was 10 minutes. Except 9 cases suffered high myopia or dislocation of lens, a total of 837 cases （96.56%） were implanted with IOL. In the first day after operation, there were 832 cases （the rate of dis-blindness was 98.34 % ） whose corrected visual acuity was above 0.05, and 712 cases （the rate of dis-crippledom was 85. 57%）whose corrected visual acuity was above 0. 3. [Conclusion] Non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction has good effectiveness, few complications and short operative time. It is the most preferential method for the cataract patients in the practice of neotype cooperative medical care of countryside.
