摘　　要：当前科技成果转化的研究主要集中在科技成果转化范围和管理方法的研究,却很少对科技成果转化机制的管理界面给予足够的关注。本文遵循界面管理理论,从系统理论的角度尝试提出湖南科技成果转化的管理界面,并以此为基础,归纳了界面管理理论在科技成果转化中的分析范式,描述了湖南科技成果转化的界面障碍,最后根据现实条件,有针对性地提出了完善湖南科技成果转化界面的政策建议。Nowadays, research on transfer of science and technology achievement mainly focuses on the scale and management method with inadequate attention on its interface management. In this article, the author attempts to put forward the interface management of transfer of science and technology achievement from the angle of systematology according to the theory of interface management. In addition, the author induces the mode of analysis of its theory, upon the basis of which the paper describes the interface obstacle for science and technology achievement transfer in Hunan. In the end, the author brings up some advice on policy for its perfection in Hunan province directly in terms of real conditions.
