摘　　要：介绍日本丰桥技术科学大学的教育理念、特色及应用型人才培养方面的做法和成功经验,以期对我国工程教育的应用型人才培养提供借鉴和参考。This paper introduces the educational ideology, the feature, the method and successful experience about fostering the applying talents of Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan, in order to provide reference and consult for Chinese fostering applying talents of engineering education.
