摘　　要："丁戊奇荒"中,粮价奇昂、食物极端匮乏导致妇女买卖行为异常猖獗,层出不穷、惨绝人寰的"人相食"现象使得社会伦理秩序极端失控,严重的饥民闹灾事件则致使灾荒中的社会秩序更加动荡不安,封建荒政的实施愈加举步维艰。During the 'Incredible Famine' in 1876-1879,it was very rampant and usual that women were sold and bought because of the high grain price and the extreme food scarcity.What was even worse,the frequent phenomenon of 'man ate man' made the social ethics order extremely out of control. Furthermore,following the serious famine refugee rebellions,the social order was very turbulent,and thus the official measures to deal with this situation became invalid..
