摘　　要：从安徽师范大学部分院系在2004年度实施《学生体质健康标准》检测中身体素质不及格的学生的学习态度、身体发育现状、运动技能及学校体育教学、师资等入手,着重研究影响大学生身体素质发展的诸多因素,寻找在实施《学生体质健康标准》过程中存在的问题并研究其解决问题的办法,大力提高学生身体素质,促进学生身心健康和谐发展,以真正实现实施《学生体质健康标准》的意义。The paper takes those students in Anhui Normal University who failed to meet Standards of Students＇ Physical Constitution and Health in 2004 as the subjects of the study. Through the analysis of their learning attitudes, athletic skills, present condition of their bodies, the teaching of physical education and the qualification of sports teachers, the paper focuses on various factors that affect the development of physical constitution of college students. It aims at finding out the problems in implementing Standards of Students＇ Physical Constitution and Health and the solutions to these problems so as to promote the sound development of students＇ physical constitution and health.
