摘　　要：该文尝试在中国民居研究课题及方法上探索一条新的路子。作者认为如果要了解聚落全面环境的意义。除了研究民居之外，还要研究村落中其他建筑、结构及场所。因此，建筑师们必须利用其他社会科学的研究方法，来探讨人在建筑环境中的活动及两者的相互关系。This article has tried to explore a new way of study subject and method of Chinese Vernaeular. The author thinks that if you want to understand totally inhabitance environment sense, you should study other buildings, constructure and place in addition to vernacular. Architects should use study method of other social science to explore the people's activity in architectural enviroument and the relationship of each other.
