摘 要:为了实现金属冷弯成形过程这一复杂的几何与材料双重非线性问题的数值仿真,在有限元方法与传统的有限条方法基础上,针对位移函数、位移-应变关系和坐标转换矩阵等基本列式进行了改进,建立了基于修正的拉格朗日方法的弹塑性大变形样条有限条方法,较好地处理了边界条件、不同构形下场量转换等问题。建立的对象模型与理论计算列式有效结合,成功实现了冷弯成形的全过程模拟。通过实例计算与分析,表明仿真结果可以表征成形过程中相关因素的影响程度,可为辊型设计提供一定的理论依据。The cold-roll forming of metal is a process which is the geometry non-linear and material non-linear. To simulate the process of cold-roll forming by numerical method, the displacement function, strain-displacement relations and coordinate transition matrix were improved based on FEM and traditional finite strip method. So the elastic-plastic large deformation spline finite strip method based on the updated Lagrangian method was proposed. The method should analyze the cold-roll forming and deal with some problem such as boundary condition, the transition between different configurations. At the same time, a new model was established and the simulation of whole cold-roUforming process was implemented. The example of simulation and analysis of calculated results are also given and indicate that the proposed calculation method and new model are effective and can provide some theory gist to design of rollers.
