摘　　要：α-血红蛋白稳定蛋白（α-hemoglobin stabilizing protein，AHSP）是近年来发现的一种小的、由102个氨基酸构成的红细胞系特异蛋白，它可以作为分子伴侣特异结合并稳定机体内游离α-珠蛋白，防止其产生细胞毒性物质。AHSP该特性的深入研究对与珠蛋白沉积相关疾病，如β-地中海贫血症的基因治疗具有潜在的参考价值。该研究针对国外关于AHSP的相关研究最新进展进行了综述。Alpha hemoglobin stabilizing protein （AHSP） is a small protein with 102 amino acid residues which can specificly bind to free α-Hb and act as a chaperone protecting the alpha hemoglobin （α-Hb） chains against precipitation. AHSP could be a potential candidate for β-thalassemia therapy. This review describes the molecule mechanism of β-thalassemia and summarizes the most recent researches on AHSP.
