摘　　要：综述了羊肚菌种类、分布、生态环境、形态特征、人工栽培技术、液体培养、营养成分、食用药用价值以及开发利用等方面的研究进展。Research progress on Morchella about the species, distribution, ecotope, morphological characteristics, artificial cultivation, liquid culture, the nutrient compositions, the edible and medicinal value and development and utilization etc. were summarized.
