摘 要:以二硝基氯苯法制作大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,埋藏电极记录结肠电,并以标准对照比色法测定结肠组织浸泡液中NO代谢产物亚硝酸盐(NOP)的浓度,观察中药复方“胃肠康”的作用。发现溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠的亚硝酸盐浓度显著高于正常,结肠基本电节律(BER)幅值及收缩性复合肌电(CEC)幅值均显著降低,负载峰电的BER和CEC百分数明显减少。经中药治疗后,模型动物结肠的病理改变明显减轻,结肠电倾向恢复正常,同时NOP亦回降至正常水平。结果提示,NO在溃疡性结肠炎的病理过程及结肠电改变中具有重要的作用,中药复方“胃肠康”的作用机制与调整NO密切相关。The amount of nitric oxide in colon can be detected by the concentration of nitrite in the colonic liquid. Nitrite concentration was determined in rat with ulcerative colitis. The results showed that the nitrite concentration was higher in rats with ulcerative colitis than the healthy and decreased obviously after the treatment with Weichangkang;it was negatively correlated with the amplitude of basic electrical rhythm and its spike potential. It is revealed that nitric oxide may play an important role in the occurrence of ulcerative colitis in rat and is closely related with the pathologic changes and motility of the colon, and may also be responsible for the mechanism of Weichangkang.
